- Prepare vehicles to enter the car wash tunnel.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns/issues in a positive manner.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience characterized by friendliness, professionalism, active listening, and problem-solving.
- Advise customers of services and package options.
- Assist in equipment maintenance and repair.
- Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness and appearance.
- Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) in an outdoor environment.
